I really like Subtle, but honestly Doseone is just spouting nonsense in this interview for pretty much most of the first half of the video. I don't think he's supposed to make sense, though.

You do get the impression from this Dose is running the Subtle show, whether thats a good thing (ie, pushing his own artistic vision) or a bad thing (tension with other bandmembers) depends on how you look at and appreciate the band. Personally I love Doseone's rants, I think the guys an artist and visionary. But I kinda feel bad for the others 5 bandmembers.

theres nothing to feel bad for, doseone is contributing to the aesthetics and lyrics of the band more than the music, he gets to direct everything, and the "other 5 members" get to do what they love, which is create music. but the subtle6 all contribute in varying ways, and doseone pushes it at the audience
