i think being able to build meter at any time makes the game more exciting..how many times have u played or seen match where they have 10% or less or maybe a pixel of health...and they whiff at air and build meter to get a super that helps them win at the end.....i think the game is good how it is....but would have been neat to make twelve hit harder, sean like 2mpact,
