  • Some people can't take different opinions, I suppose.

  • I'll try this tomorrow for sure! It's a pleasure to watch Tomoko cook, she is lovely and very precise with every gesture. Everything she cooks looks delicious. These videos are a real gift for someone who wants to learn about real Japanese cooking. Thank you!

  • Interesting cooking videos:) I sure learn a lot. Will try and make this dish soon.

  • I have watched all cookings and i sure learn many things from it ^^ I also found that Tomoko always cooked in a gentle way. Really enjoy watching. Thanks

  • TOMOKO! KAWAIIII NE~~

  • What sauce is that in a glass bottle with red lable?

I could only hear Japanese sauce.

  • Wusta sauce (Worcestershire sauce). It's the same as tonkatsu, yakisoba or okonomiyaki sauce basically. You can make it by mixing one part mayonnaise to 6 parts Worcestershire.

  • worcestershire sauce is not japanese at all. it's from the uk and named after a county here : Worcestershire. Which people do call worcester.

  • Ok, Ok, Ok! I did this one for lunch today, and it was another succes! Plus, it was the first time I ate real tuna (I'm mean not from a can).

and I also did it with chicken last week, but it tastes better with tuna.

    Merci beaucoup ^_^

  • Hi Sukii. I like your name. We're visiting Los Angeles, the desert on the way to Las Vegas, back to Los Angeles and possibly San Diego and Tijuana, back to LA and then San Francisco and possibly up to Humboldt. All in about three weeks.

  • Marinate the fish or meat for 10 - 20 minutes. We're working on a mic for Tomoko. And more speaking..hehe. She's shy.

We are looking to come to California in the Summer of 2008. Maybe we can meet some of you for a little cooking party. Any ideas?

  • wow that looks delicious, great video
