I've transitioned from Raisin Bran Crunch to plain Raisin Bran to homemade raisin bran (bran flakes that I add Sunkist raisins to - much better!), to Spoon Sized Shredded Wheat. Quantity remains same, one regular box/day. Always use skim milk. Of course I can stop any time I want.

I've been an abuser of cereal since I was about 5 years old. Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Raisin Bran, Apple Jacks. You think you know that you wont be one of those people. Like it happens to other people but not you. That's how I felt. After being treated I was off it for about 7 months and then I saw my friends eating Raisin Bran and couldn't help myself. Now I'm back getting treated after losing my job, wife, friends. Cereal has ruined my life. Please, be above the influence.
