When I create a new title, it doesn't give me the option to change the dimensions. Where can I change the dimensions of the title? (I'm using CS 3)

this is brilliant, thanks for the tutorial. When I studied some multimedia last yr, we only learnt after effects, and only recently have i got my hands on premiere, i have a movie i edited in after effects. When i do my credits in premiere, how can i add them to the clip ive done in after effects?
