I feel like if the situation was turned and his friend was living while Nick died and a conversation like this took place, it would be all over the news.

I saw the car crash on the T.V. but have yet to see this conversation on the air. If it has already been on T.V., then I missed it. First of all when you drink and drive... and you wreck, that is no accident. Every state in the country has a law that says you are at fault for what happens as a result of drinking and driving.
