  • 麵包唔係咁樣做, 無用手搓到起筋出現薄膜和麵團無搓到表面光滑, 個麵包根本唔會好食. 凍咗會變到好硬

  • @bonnefoy2007 - 謝謝你的評論。我在這方面其實只係一個初學者, 所用的方法只是參考來自紐約、並曾在網上經盛傳一時的「免揉麵包­做法」而改良的,重點是愈簡單愈好(我現在做的材料和步驟比片中­記載還簡單一點)。這種麵包如果隔夜便會開始變硬, 每多放一天便愈硬, 但不會發霉 ~ haha ~~
