There are tons of deck that can currently summon him. Quasar heroes, T.G. (can even summon a halberd and Quasar at the same time) Fabled and other decks i completely atm dont remember. Wicked Rebirth Can be used to re-summon quasar(if destroyed and sent to the grave bcz he was owned) when it is destroyed on the field again, you can summon a second shooting star dragon. Trust me this is an awesome card and much easier to summon than you really think. Just look at ideas from Percival 18.

i just bought mine online for 25$. and to tell the truth im not disspleased at all. i run a chaos plant build and i just tossed in a quickdraw and a level eater and it doesnt divert my attention away from my main combos but it allows me to actually be able to summon quasar on a reg if i have a certain range of cards in my hand. not too shabby

Nordic tengu plant decks can synch for quasar no problem but you are right he is hard to summon over all though.

@gzillag Requires 2 T.G. Recipro Dragonflies if you're trying to do that. But that's fairly resource-heavy, too. You'd need Power Tool Dragon, two Level 1 monsters (Dandy tokens, probably), and three Level 1 Tuners. That's not easy to do, especially with Glow-Up Bulb's effect being usable only once.

er...if the format wasn't full of maxx Cs and veilers in every deck Junk doppel would still be tier 1. none of the current top decks have plays that even begin to compare to the standard junk doppel combos..it just became too risky to play that deck due to C's and veilers. Quasar oriented builds were dominating in japan last format, any small shift in the meta and it could become a huge threat here too.

@sharxfan20 yeah they can, it's actually really good in fabled. Librarian, then ragin, then formula= sh*tload of draws. Chawa+lurrie=formula, and loads of ways to make 5's.

Running it in junk dopple and i get to it a few ways usually catastor/any other lvl 5 librarian formula but also drill armory arm formula or drill librairan and formula with level eater

well it is better that Shooting Quasar is harder to summon, also imo other cards should've been harder to summon as well, because nowadays we're having the Hyperion/Lagia/Dolkka which are hillariously easy to summon and too powerful at the same time. and this results in YGO! requiring no-skill. but that's just my opinion...

Quasar is good as it is. If it would be even easier to summon and accessible for more decks, then the game would be really dumb...

Robbie you fool, 3 card combo... pitch level eater for quickdraw and level eat it to make junk warrior. level eat warrior, then summon synchron explorer to get quickdraw make road warrior, and level eat road warrior. use its eff to get unknown synchron, and make formula with it and level eater. then level eat again off road warrior and you have 4 + 6 + 2.
