I can't hear this song without thinking of my dad, because it's an oddly clear memory for me of my dad learning this song on guitar. I miss him, wish I got to see him more than I do, but I'm thankful I get to see him at all. I'm sorry for anyone out there who doesn't.

no joke i think i found a meaning to this song. jimmy page dug into things. look up Jesus was a buddhist monk on youtube and watch the bbc documentary. it shows the tomb of jesus in kashmir, not the ressurected jesus but the rescued jesus who died there at 80. the tomb looks like the description in the lyric: Who hid the path that led me to that place
