@elisavet4eva How was Kennedy a "threat to the American constitution" when the Constitution itself, the 14 Amendment added in 1886 clearly states that all people are equal. Kennedy was upholding that constitutional amendment because blacks and others were still being abused and discriminated against in courts, by government and in the streets up until he took on the civil rights, that are granted in the constitution, despite it being put in the constitution almost 100 years before he was killed.

The problem with Ruby being hired to kill Oswald is that Oswald was due to be moved at 10am or so and Ruby, after running some errands in town (wired some money) just happened to be in the area of the police station and wandered down the ramp right before Oswald was brought out at 11:22am. It was apparently a totally spontaneous act. Had he been there to kill him he would have had to show up at 10am to be sure of getting a shot at him.

At trial they would not be admissible due to 'lack of proper foundation'.

@sgtmjames No, he did not. Former Pres. Ford disqualified any shooting from the 6th floor of the TSBD when he confessed before he died to changing the doctors documents. Ford moved the entry on the back wound at the 3rd vertebra, up over 4 inches to the back of the neck. That back wound entry makes the shot coming out the throat impossible.
That is why it is called the "magic" bullet. There was never any neck wound, as depicted on phony pictures.

Why would Wesley Frazier and Linnie Mae Randle lie about the package Oswald took to work? Why would Oswald lie about the same issue? Oswald statements reek of "guilty knowledge." An innocent person who had simply brought either a bag lunch or curtain rods to work would see no reason to lie about it. Oswald made numerous inconsistent statements (i.e. lies) and came up with implausible stories (i.e. more lies) under interrigation. Others had no reason to lie.

they played the shooting over and over as i recall, but i do not remember seeing Oswald being on a stretcher and leaving in an ambulance as i remember the big truck that were to take oswald was blocking the exit so an ambulance could not get in.
here, they make it seem oswald was rushed to the hospital. the doctor even says he died at the hospital. i always thought he bled to death in the garage waiting for the ambulance.

Kennedy was upholding that constitutional amendment because blacks and others were still being abused and discriminated against in courts, by government and in the streets up until he took on the civil rights, that are granted in the constitution, despite it being put in the constitution almost 100 years before he was killed.

The problem with Ruby being hired to kill Oswald is that Oswald was due to be moved at 10am or so and Ruby, after running some errands in town (wired some money) just happened to be in the area of the police station and wandered down the ramp right before Oswald was brought out at 11:22am. It was apparently a totally spontaneous act. Had he been there to kill him he would have had to show up at 10am to be sure of getting a shot at him.

Det Poe in his written report stated he found shells from an AUTOMATIC. He also states he etched his initials inside the hulls. Months later when he appeared before the WC they presented three 38 cal shells, not automatic, & he couldn't find his initials. At trial they would not be admissible due to 'lack of proper foundation'.

@deweycheethamandhowe What facts ??? I ofter ask LN'ers to show me one piece of evidence against LHO that would stand up to close scrutiny. One piece which was presented before the WC with proper foundation, COP receipts etc. I've yet to see it. There were almost a dozen violations of presidential security protocol on a day when JFK was told security had been enhanced !! It was an obvious set up !

@deweycheethamandhowe WRONG on BOTH counts. The Carcano was NOT proven to have been purchased by LHO. The was NO delivery receipt signed by LHO & no one at the N.O. Post Office remembers a pkg of that size delivered to Alek Hidell & there was NO authority for a pkg to be delivered to ANYONE OTHER than LHO at that P.O. box. Hand writing experts ofter disagree in court then it's up to a jury to decide. ONLY the Gov't expert testified. There was NO due process for LHO. Weak evidence at best.

I have met 3 eye witnesses including James Tague who insist shots were being fired from the Knoll. Remember Kenny O'Donnell & Dave Powers both heard shots from the Knoll !!

@deweycheethamandhowe Many switched their testimony under pressure. Question is why were people pressured? Why was the limo the first car in line instead of the middle of the motorcade per protocall? As it was when I saw him in 1962 in Berkeley? Why was it routed thru a hairpin turn in violation of security protocall? Why were to two SS agents called off just as the limo was leaving Love Field? Are you suspicious of nothing?

Office Baker saw LHO in the lunchroom within 45 sec of the shooting, WC reenactments bear this out, proving LHO could NOT have been the shooter. Wouldn't it be something if in every court in this country ONLY the prosecution was allowed to present it's case, bring witnesses, question witnesses, & present experts? That's what happen here. That's OK by you???

@sgtmjames No, he did not. Former Pres. Ford disqualified any shooting from the 6th floor of the TSBD when he confessed before he died to changing the doctors documents. Ford moved the entry on the back wound at the 3rd vertebra, up over 4 inches to the back of the neck. That back wound entry makes the shot coming out the throat impossible.
That is why it is called the "magic" bullet. There was never any neck wound, as depicted on phony pictures.
