Actually, that girl's voice has quite a mature tone to it. Especially how the notes don't peter out at the endings. And she has a bit of vibrato. Everything's really quite great. ^_^V

My only gripe though is the guitars' tone...they sound like they're ready to play some metalcore or hard alternative (read: wannabe metal), not a pop rock song...haha. The tone was reeaaally thick.
