Yes. Laserwash 4000 with custom signage and Laserdri dryer, with fourth or fifth generation controls. 

Personally, if I owned a car wash and I had the choice of installing this or a Washworld High Velocity I'd take the latter any day.

The presoak output is a little low...that needs to be checked. I'd imagine there's some debris in the valve that's affecting the flow.
