lol, the first time my son burped was after Ibreast fed him at the hospital. I was so amazed at the fact that such a tiny, one day old baby could give off such a cute tiny burp!! Aww I miss him being that small, he'll be 8 mon. old in 3 days! (^_^)

a "few minutes" isn't always enough for my daughter. sometimes she takes 5+ minutes. also, at the end she sometimes burps 30 mins or an hour after her bottle! burping is my least favorite thing to do, especially when burps are quiet and i miss them--then i continue burping for nothing!! lol

i have 5 kids, and they burp if they need to, reguardless of what position, its all a matter of what is more comfortable for parent and baby. sometimes you have to walk around with them, sometimes , just put them over your shoulder..
