That was the first thing I saw, that sloped sunshade. I have one of the "mark4" clones(not by NcStar), but its for my 10/22. It's good for 25 and 50yd. Shot 100yrd with it once. Works good for plinking but I wouldn't put it to work in the field for hunting or worse, survival.

@SavageHmr i have a 3.5 x 10 x 50 leupold VX 3L. it was 700 bucks but worth every penny. i put camo tape on it to take away glare when i am droppn coyote bodies like cigarette butts. i do my own camo work on my guns and my friends guns. great way to dress it up if it looks shity already.

Its a great scope, its 50 cal rate'd, fog, water, shock proof... mil-dot u can get it in green or red Illuminated. With the 6x24 u can get those 200yrd + shoots. 8-)

I've handled one before, but never on a rifle. It seemed good enough, but I've always been sceptical about that brand. Maybe I shouldn't be! Also while I'm thinking about it, have you ever tried using the range finding function of the reticle, and if so what do you think about it?

What a cool, unique idea for cammo. I've never seen one done like that. You know it's good cammo when I could hardly even see the gun in the first few pics...blended right in.  That's a nice scope too.
