  • sooo communism?

  • We already have runaway climate change! abrupt Global COOLING.

  • if people seriously believe the Likes of Al Gore and other rueling elites will ration them selves , people don't have a grasp of history . Under Communism the ruelers live like kiings while the worker continue to live like slaves

  • China has just surpassed America in carbon emission, China's coal buring plants are far more dirty than Americas . ANd yes I know America is bad too , but just pointing out facts

  • @napalmcoffee It's designed to reflect per-person. There are far more Chinese people than there are American people, so, per person, Americans use more. Hence the larger American.

  • This is Zeitgeist-ish.

  • Nice idea, but the world will stop using FF ONLY when they simply aren't available anymore.

  • @transdrole And lets all look forward to WW3 over the last of them.

  • The movement will be hijacked by politicians who want an excuse to start soviet style economic planning which will ruin it unless we purge the marxist leftists from the movement. This isn't McCarthyism in the sense of a witch hunt since McCarthy was right, just google "venona report".

  • @ CaptaonGrunyard - a better solution would be to deny selfish, racist people like you a voice in world policy.

  • We'll all be dead before climate change takes effect or fossil fuels run out, enjoy them while you can

  • @TheEmperorhirohito

what about people that are alive in the future

  • global warming my @ss! this year is the coldest (beginning of) summer in eastern europe i can remember in years!

  • @Muxxyy different parts of the world will react differently to climate change. some will flood, some will experience droughts. some will turn into deserts and some will go into an ice age.

  • @arkonomus that's pseudo-science, my friend. one part of the world can not "go into an ice age" of it's own while the other part heats up. not unless you think that fossil fuel emissions are capable of turning the earth's axis. no, i don't think so....

  • So Australia just holds its breath then.

  • THIS MADE ME CRY!

  • I dont believe this crap

  • also lets not forget china has over 3 times as many people as the US.

but anyway in a perfect world where people were willing to spend most of their profits on being morally and socially correct and environmentally aware, this would be a great plan.

but there are too many people who just dont think this is important, most of them are our politicians, therefore the idea that US or China would create the same amount of emissions Africa in 2025... 15 years from now? thats a crazy dream.

  • @ecospiky - I agree with you, except that I don't agree that 'most of them are our politicians'. Just look at comments like CaptainGrunyard; selfishness is not confined to politics, I feel that the politics reflect what is tolerated by average citizens.

  • Yeah ? And pigs might fly,and by the way China has overtaken US as the world,s biggest polluter.

  • as amercia and other europe produce everything in china, that's why

  • very true, but the chinese are willing partners.

  • The Earth has been warming and cooling since bacteria have been on the planet. This same conscious of scientists that are NOW saying global warming said it was global cooling in the 70's. We have barely gotten out of the little Ice Age that started in the 1300's. We still have a little warming to go to fully recover and have farms and vineyard in Greenland again. This is all a mute point because Mans effect on the planet is like two fleas on a dog arguing over who gets to ster.

  • @cupera1 The earth has been warming and cooling since long before bacteria appeared! Carbon dioxide levels are higher now that they have been in 4000,000 years. You think we're on the way to repair? Or that it is natural. Have a look at some graphs of carbon content relating to the atmosphere and our carbon output. There is a HUGELY significant symmetry over the past 1,000 years.

  • @cupera1 youre a stupid yank just to let you know

  • the file is too big, ask a friend how to compress it a bit. then, more people will watch, and more people will care. i can't wait until obama takes some real steps. many other countries with a lot less $ and development have done some amazing things. WE should be a leader.
