All you T.I., document everything and compile it on a DVD using a DVD authoring program, such as Sony DVD Architect Studio or similar and pass it out to everyone you know and neighbors. Maybe sell it on Craigslist, Ebay.
If you are really pissed, confront the closest participant from your home and leave plenty of evidence (DVDs) everywhere.

I have been followed by them for the last few weeks. All over Butte County CA. It's been the same cars They ALWAYS paint one or all rims with bright PINK or RED FLORESCENT paint. There was 5 of them yesterday. I could not get away from them! They are there every day. New cars with FLORESCENT PINK RIMS each time. Always with with BRIGHT PINK PAINT ON THE RIMS !
They wear BRIGHT PINK HATS! It's scary! What do they want?
