I know this is bringing up an old ass video from the grave but could you recall the fitment of the Tnetics kit? was it a true bolt-on or where things had to be customized further?

it costs like 5000 dollars for a decent turbo kit for the stock IS300 engine (2jzge) and countless thousands for supra internals to make it worth a shit. It only costs 2500 dollars plus a couple hundred more to do a 2jzgte swap.
2500 for a swap....! Your out of your damn mind. First of all the engine(2jzgte) usually goes for +3500 for a rebuilt/used one. Then you have to source the v160 getrag 6speed that is 4500 new, and find a new driveshaft( i believe the shaft from a toyota sequoia can be used). Add on a standalone EMU( starting at 1.5k) a single turbo conversion kit, new fuel pumps, FPR, full 3" exhaust, etc... NOT to mention new custom made high offset wheels that fit inside the IS's narrow wheel well...
Wow fucking idiot. You need a whole 2jzgte block with a tranny costing over 10 thousand. You also need motor mounts, ecu, and BPU+ parts to confirm the swap for example what is300cb said. Money ain't that easy. You would also need a fuel system to fit in the trunk or somethin.
Sorry but this engine is just a 2jzge not a gte. The intake manifold is from the stock is300 engine. The GTE has a straight and not over the top intake manifold.

what tranny are you using on that and how much did it cost you? cuz I know you would have to change to a stronger tranny if you want more than 325 HP

it actually isn't an altezza its just an IS3 with the Altezza grill. You can tell by the engine, it has a 2JZ-GE vs Altezza's 3SGE
