  • saw wayne bergeron perform last year. unbelieveable

  • can't believe i didn't hear any bongos or congas...Still awesome though!!

  • played the original chart in my high school jazz band last year. What a fantantastic song!!

  • Sweet trumpet and tenor sax solos! What more can you expect form Wayne Bergeron and Pat LaBarbera!?

  • Well the caption say's Pat LaBarera Baritone solo. Weird sounding baritone. Just like a tenor!!

  • awesome articulation in the trumpet section (and all)! Very nice

  • I hope to be in a big band like this some day. Just gatta keep practicing my trumpet skills if i wanna be like this. Played this chart (a simpler version of course lol) for my last year in middle school :D I love this song

  • One of my top 3 favorite jazz charts. I recently had the absolute honor to play this with a band led by John LaBarbera.

  • Some people need to learn their left from their right from their middle.

  • @shellshock663 its a baritone saxophone.

  • @andyrob44 None of those are baritones you idiot...

  • yo im playing this next monday!! :)

  • at 3:04 what is that instrument on the far left

  • @shellshock663 soprano saxophone

  • @shellshock663 a tenor sax i think

  • @dex21797 ITS A SOPRANO YOU IMBECILE

  • @ebyros ?? wat r yhu talking about ? ????

  • @ebyros I think they might have been joking...

  • @shellshock663 it is a soprano sax, ive been playing sax for years, these people dont know what they are talking about

  • @mcmeekz thanks but ive since figured it out and now i even own one : )

  • UArts in Philly just played with Wayne Bergeron, LaBabera charts are the shit. They still swing and really have meaning unlike others.....cough cough Tom Kubis sometimes

  • I played piano for this piece in high school. and even still very tiring on that left hand.

  • Gorgeous piece!

  • Im proud to be playing drums for this piece in the honor jazz band performing at the London 'Variety Is' Concert at the John Labatt Center!

  • holy hell thats so freakin amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

  • completely amazing!!!!!!! wow!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1:27

  • awesome song. My school's jazz band is playing this also. :)

  • VERY GOOD!!!!

  • Us too. i got the lead trumpet, its wicked. :D

  • the azz band at my school is playing this song.

  • but was it composed by john labarbera? i don't think so, it is more public domain

  • yeah it's by john.

  • Yes, definitely composed by John LaBarbera.

  • i love the sax background that starts at 3:18

  • Cool tenor sax solo.

  • I think Danny Stiles' solo is a little better then Wayne's here. Pat LaBarbera's tenor solo is so much superior to Frank Perowsky's from Watrous' MHWR album "Tiger Of San Pedro"

  • Like the tempo. Wayne Bergeron's solo is great.

  • Looks like a high school jazz band from the 70's or 80's. Cool sax pics.

  • Love Wayne Bergeron and Pat LaBarbera's solos.

  • Played the original arrangement for the Bill Watrous Manhattan Wildlife Refuge 7 years ago.

  • Cool!
