Use 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of good quality olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (or basil if you preffer), and a tablespoon of sesame seeds toasted, get it all in the blender along with 2 cans drained chickpeas (or aprox 3 cups home boiled drained) and enjoy.
another thing thats good i think she did this on another segment an apple sliced with cinamon and splenda heat it up for 30-40 seconds its really good even if you really want something as a snack during the day

I wanna do this so much,I found a diet plan in a book and I lost 12 pounds in a week! it really works and its healthy,not one of those crash diets,I was so happy when I got on the scale and it was 12 pounds lighter!I just got 40 more pounds to go,I hope I can do it before summer gets here,Im tired of putting my life on hold!
12 pounds is too much in a week you idiot. If you don't think that's a crash diet then I don't wanna know what you consider a crash diet. It's impossible for you to lose that much weight unless you lost a limb. It was probably water weight that you lost anyways.
they were tortilla chips. Generally they aren't cooked in oil, so they're not as bad as normal potato chips. but i get your point, still they're not great 4 u
fresh? yogurt is a mold bacteria LOL same with cheese
low calorie? hummus is PURE FAT
