very nice start for weight workouts!!! liked the bouts of cardio in there as well! and for women to start 5-10 lbs is plenty for arms. I used my 12 lb kettlebell for the squats because I do squats all the time. :) great video again Cassey!
I used water bottles for this workout as I dont have weights. I have very little strength in my arms Do you have any tips to built arm strength without weights and by the way Im only 16? Loved the work out :)

Stupid video, squating with a 5 pound weight, your clothes weigh more than that, just tell your viewers to wear a baggy jumper and they won't have to waste money on the toy weights, srsly 5 or 8 lbs is about 5% of your bodyweight and will make no difference AT ALL
@Bananayoghurt1000 Why don't you try the video first before you make a comment like that? The weight used is dependent on reps, movements, and range of motion. Obviously I am not creating workouts that are pointless.
I have a question .. I' one of those Asians who get bloated face .. No matter how much i eat it doesn't go to my body much and even if it does i lose weight easily but i have a problem with my face! They always get fat so easily so do you have any tips for me? I need to lose my face fats fast ..

I wish you had your own app for the iphone for everyday tips and goals. Maybe even a calorie counter. That would be absolutely awesome!!! I would totally get it.

@shrutzification Use water bottles or anything you have in your house! If not you can get used weights off of craigslist or ebay for super cheap! Hope this helps!
@shrutzification Get them. They are worth it. But you can use anything as weights. Cans, water bottles (20 oz = 1.25 lbs; 1 water gallon = 8.35 lb), a book... You can also just put mighty tension in your muscles as you do the moves and it will feel as if you were lifting something.
