The European Union's own Charter of Fundamental Human Rights allows "lethal force" to be used against civilians (2/2/c) in times of "upheaval"....as the Israelis are doing !

The EU must surely be the world's first "democratic" institution where the ONLY directly-elected body ( the Parliament ) has NO POWER TO LEGISLATE.... (with the possible exception of Zimbabwe).
