This makes no sense. Magnetic fields are conservative vector fields. This means that if you start in one place in the field and stop in the same place, you will not gain any energy. It's inescapable and it doesn't matter what you try to do to dice your way around this law--if you don't put any extra energy into the system, you won't get that energy back out.

Being able to convert such a form of energy into mechanical or electrical energy is all we are trying to achieve.
