I seriously recommend these lessons to people who don't have a guitar teacher or are not getting lesson this shit works! I just reached my 200 bpm goal like two days ago! Once you get to 170 it's pretty much easy from that point on it took me like a week to get to 160 then in one day i went from 160 to 200 so it works just stay dedicated!

You're not necessarily stupid, just your brain doesn't have the experience of functioning at that speed. As he said, back off a bit, practice A LOT at that tempo, and just shunt it forward in SMALL incriments, practicing A LOT, until you begin to slowly improve your reaction time/thinking speed.

but, you can't really play that fast. so, you suck, so start at around 10. then when you get to 15, you can't do that, so just put your guitar on ebay
