Could someone tell me, wich Hard Drive would be the best for the wii? I want a 1TB HD, wich one would be most recommended? I've been looking for a Samsung or a Seagate, would they do well?

I think itsw because the ds boots from the slot one port first (ds card slot), while the wii goes directly to the game disk/OS. However a modchip/cd load hack works.

The point is that the wii currently doesn't support hard drives. So it doesn't matter whether games are saved inside or outside the console itself.

Not really. It does matter. Maybe Nintendo put a HDD enabled Wii into the kiosk. The key word is enabled. We don't know whether it is external or internal. This video is making claims that there is an HDD inside (it's implied almost) of the special Wii. We don't know if it's inside or outside. For all we know the inside of this kiosk isn't even a standard Wii but maybe some kind of special Wii hardware like a dev kit or something. We can't see the innards so we can't judge.

Also with home brew channel, you can use a program called "usb loader" which lets you hook your wii to an external hard drive, and lets you access wii games like in the video.

All you have to do is download the iso for the game and you have it. I'm already playing PAL newplay control pikmin 2 this way.
