  • Nice video.

  • che meraviglia ! Italian word to say : Wonderful! It's beautiful. so elegant, so much harmony, speechless. I wish to learn something like this one day. Hope so !! At the moment I'm a very beginner of Qigong, and my body, my back is already better, and my sleeping is better already. This video is beautiful. Perhaps, do you teach Qigong in Scotland where I live ?? !! eheheh !! hope so !! :D

  • great form - with chucks : D

  • good for my grandfather

  • Can anyone tell me the music used for this video? Or something similar? I'd like to use this for my qigong practice. thx!

  • omg, i love the music, i can never find any classic chinese music.

  • This amazing. i really want to learn. please post more videos!!!

  • what i would like to know is where they buy those clothes u.u

  • charles43110 - I completely agree, lorddhenmarq sounds as though he has know Wushu knowledge, therefore will see it that way

  • dude's a gangster. He's alright in my book.

  • right the shoes lolol!!! look like some converse allstars lolol!!!

  • the shoos of choice of martial artists who don`t want to pay extra

  • Nice Shoes.

  • I always watch this video and practice in the mornings, I find him very generous in his explanations and very humble, that is a good teacher. Thank you

  • At 1:40 there is a guy on the beach.

    Hahahaha.

  • That's the same guy doing the Qigong! Two places at once! Trans-spacial Qigong! :-p

  • sorry, Shaolin Chan Yuan Gong, not Chan Si

  • OMG......I don't think it is shaolin Qigong.

It is a kind of Taichi, a modified form. More likely from Yang's Taichi, with a slight amount of Chen Style mixed. (The burst movements )

  • In fact, this is a shaolin internal set, maybe if you look for Shaolin Chan Si Gong, and Rou Quan, you will noticed why the gentle moves are also part of shaolin tradition

  • ^_______^

Chi Kung yes!!! I train it myself and it is very usefull for the balance of the body and muscles ^.~

  • beautifull and elegant the way martial arts should be performed ( from the heart )

admiration for this guy and his art 5*

  • he is schooled in the way of chucks

  • i wish i would have an instructor to teach me but i always have to learn alone from the internet xD

  • that can be dangerous, there are great teachers everywhere. where are you located perhaps i can help.

  • why it can be so dangerous? it seems like dancing, but in really slow moves.. hahaa

  • try to train that very slow movement for about year or two. when you will be doing this correctly you feel why. slow movements are much harder to do fluently than speed ones. think what happend when he do this with full strenght and speed.

  • @lorddhenmarq

    balance on one foot

you have no trouble when you run (speed) but, try having ZERO quiver, no shake, in total smooth control while moving slowly in one foot at a time squats and slow motion thrusts

like dancing, it is a conditioning drill developing control, strength, timing, precision, focus

  • ni hao can i do those exercises as often as i want to?

  • Yes! absolutely!

  • Is it correct that it's better to do them in the morning and evening, and not at 1 PM? I'd guess so, but is it thus?

  • I spent endless hours looking for this video because I remember watching it! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
