It may surprise all crazy people to know that the earth goes through a pole shift every 150,000 years or so, and the only thing marked by the date of Dec 21, 2012 is that the earth magnetic field will be a perfect north/south alignment. After that date the current alignment will begin it's slow shift back to the way it was 150,000 years ago and everyone will be able to get on with the nuclear apocalypse sure to be brought on us by President Palin.
