  • Do they have a sunless gradual tanning product that is good for BOTH face and arms, some people can't really afford to buy too many products. BTW, thanks for putting out your wonderful videos. Enjoy and appreciate them very very much.

  • does anyone have tips on using self tanners in spray form, expecially when applying it to your back

  • Toma's Tan from Sally Beauty is awesome too. Check it out.

  • I have never try self-tanner before and i don't excatly know how to..

  • I've tried the st. tropez tanning foam..it was okay but I just wasn't getting a deep enough color. It doesdry fast and has very minimal odor but just notenough color for me =(

  • Premature aging?

    How about cancer?

I admire people who don't fall victims to trends. The safest kind of tan, is the no kind at all :)

  • I have tried many self tanners and liked few. But...HSN (and Ulta) sell "Tan Towels" and they are great! You just wipe the towel over your body. They dry quickly and have a pleasant scent that disappears. I don't get any streaks or lines by my wrists or ankles. They come in Fair-Med and Med-Dark. You'll get a result after one, but used two days in a row is best. From there it's once a week. A bit pricey but HSN has package sales. Try them!

  • i just purchased my St.Tropez yeserday and i love it already. There is no funky smell, it dries in 60 sec though so be sure to wash your hands and hop in the shower....you can always build your color from there~im weary of usung face tanners on my face so i use face tanners like the wet n wils or i actually found the MAC to be greeat~miliani as well, hope that welped:)

  • I have been using Body Drench Tan in a Can (spray)... this stuff is amazing!!! When you put it on you have an instant tan which deepens over time. It lasts a few days but you can re-apply before it washes off completely. The only downside to using it is that it will make a mess on your floor which is a pain cleaning up. So I would suggest applying it outside (if possible..lol), in your basement or by putting down a big blanket that you don't plan on using anymore. BTW I love you videos:-)

  • how did ur tanwise self tanners work out?

  • I use it,too. and i love it!=)

  • the loreal sublime bronze is the best i ever tried but my drugstore does not sell it ne moree i dont know wer to find it ????? help??

  • my target store still sells it you should check target

  • the skin drench daily radiance facial glow isn't on the sally beauty website anymore... hopefully one of my local stores still carries it. Can anyone tell me if it's oil free?

  • i use the dove gradual tanner in light i was suprised how well it works :o)

  • I use the Dove daily glow.. its excellent and very natural. You will see a difference in only 2 applications for fair skin. Love it!

But, question re: the Loreal one. I bought that last week for my face and saw that it has major shimmer/ bronzing.

So whats the deal? Do you wear it under your makeup or over? LOL.. whats the point of the shimmer if you cover it with makeup. Really confused as to why its like that. I guess best for body?

  • yay just in time, I've been more into self tanners lately, thank you so much for your videos your great! :)

  • I love you're hair style on this video! What did you do, what products did you use and how did you do it???

  • I mix a liquid bronzer in with my foundation sometimes to get a bronze face.

  • u have the same teeth than enkoremakeup

  • I need to check out this sublime bronze! I almost bought it last week but decided to go with a neutrogena spray self tanner and it's HORRIBLE! So I can't wait to check out a new one thats better! Thanks!!

  • ah thank you

ive been looking for some good self tanners:]

  • my favorite for an instant tan is laura gellar honey glow, you can get it at sepora and qvc. it is approximately $40 but it is awesome and doesnt transfer on your clothes. it washes off when you shower, is very blendable & isnt orange at all. with the amount you receive it will easily last the summer; i still have mine from last summer. it comes with a puff, you can use it wet or dry, makes you look dewy not drying at all & there is NO SCENT. only con i wish it came with a a brush.

  • I was wondering which one of those tanners..(or any others anyone else knows about) has the least amount of that gross chemical smell after it starts to develop.

    Thanks. :)

  • I just went to TJ Max today and there were lots of those Sublime Bronze tanners!!!!!

The price for them is about 4-5 $!!!!!!!!!

    Hope that helps!:)

  • lorel sublime face lotion i found at marshalls> i dont know if you have a marshalls where you live, its like a ross, or tjmax, those types of stores. It was 2.99 and i looked at it but decided not to get it...urgh what was i thinking. but ya thats the only place ive seen it

  • I used the sublime bronze last summer an I didnt like it! its too shimmery for my taste

  • I do not tan I fry. Most of the time when I try to tan I look like a lobster (red hair blue eyes) but I still love the beach lol. I get blue lotion that has lidocan in it to sooth the burn, usely after I burn 1x I will start to tan. Did you know elf has new stuff in eye shadows in 1$ line and in the studio line. love and light to you keep makeing videos lol

  • Thanks, Emily....very informative...I enjoyed this video!!

  • Emily, if you dye your hair, please tell me what color and company that you use? thanks:)

  • love your videos. thanks for posting.

  • Btw..anyone know how much Dove energy glow is...just so as i know what to look for on ebay..I shop there mostly..:P..

  • You can get it at almost any drugstore, and save yourself the hassle of having something shipped. It's around $4-6.

  • Sorry its sttropeztan[dot]com...:D

  • Revlon has a new foundation called Colorstay Mineral Mousse. I was wondering if you plan to try/review it. I know you are a colorstay fan, as am I. If you do try it please let us know what you think. :):)

  • Oooh, please do, Emily! ^^

  • I use Dove Energy Glow in Fair-Medium and its awesome :) I was skeptical at first because I was afraid to look orange, but I was very tan and it looked SO natural! I didn't even need to exfoliate really.. but that could just be my skin. It didn't wear away too quickly either (from exfoliating or in the shower).

Just wanted to say that I'm addicted to your videos Emily; I love them!! I wouldn't doubt that I'm your biggest fan! :) Take care! xo

  • she's 25.

  • I'd have to vote for St. Tropez. mousse. Instant tan that lasts, and it's more brown than an orange based tanner. So it looks real. Some ladies have become addicted to it and use a little too much, but it can be subtle or deep.

  • st tropez kicks butt

  • Question: Is there really much point in the gradual tanners? I have pretty fair, dry skin. Just wondering if I'd end up exfoliating it off before it had much of an effect.

  • I'd like to know that too

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa you finally are talking about self tanners!

  • Glad you are off tanning beds, I read that they are worse than tanning in the sun for you.

I'll have to try the dove tanning lotion. I'm just about to go on a beach holiday and I'm too white right now lol

  • You guys seriously need to try St. Tropez Bronzing mousse OMG it is wonderful!!!! looks good on anyone, doesn't get orange or anything like that and there is no smell! I love it! I'm gonna look into that product from Sally's though I love Sally's!

    Great video Emily!!

    Thanks! :)

  • agree about the st tropez! Clarins is awesome too:)

  • Where can you buy St. Tropez? I have been looking everywhere.

  • They have a website, good St.Tropez and you will see their website and once you get on their site there is quite a few products they offer!!!!

  • i think a lotta ppl also get it at QVC's website, hope that helps

  • what do u think of Fix +?

and y don't u have eyeshadow as this weeks choice?

  • Thanks for this review. Been trying to stay out of the sun and tanning beds!

  • I'm currently using the Dove self-tanners and they have been amazing! I really do want to try the loreal tanning products but I'm quite scared about streakiness/the small glitter particles and an unrealistic tan...nonetheless I'll will purchase it. Thanks for the vid.
