There is no case here. The Judge dismissed the case on a highly technical basis, but there is no evidence in the case to suggest that this is anything but a technical glitch, The Judge would have been better advised to dismiss the case on its merits after a preliminary hearing.

OK, I don't get it. The # only reflects the location where the application for the # was filed. This does NOT necessarily mean a person lived at that location--they just applied at that location. This begs the question, if the complaint was founded on a theory that the # is fraudulent because Obama did not ever live in Conn, given that the # is NOT meant to reflect residency, why did the judge go into such detail or explanation at all? It seems to me he'd know this & was making a case FOR her.

The President is a public official and the second you take a public office, you willingly give up your right to privacy. Not only that, he has no rights above those of an American citizen and does not get special treatment. There is no case here. The Judge dismissed the case on a highly technical basis, but there is no evidence in the case to suggest that this is anything but a technical glitch, The Judge would have been better advised to dismiss the case on its merits after a preliminary hearing.

OK, I don't get it. The # only reflects the location where the application for the # was filed. This does NOT necessarily mean a person lived at that location--they just applied at that location. This begs the question, if the complaint was founded on a theory that the # is fraudulent because Obama did not ever live in Conn, given that the # is NOT meant to reflect residency, why did the judge go into such detail or explanation at all? It seems to me he'd know this & was making a case FOR her.

If there is sufficient proof that a person is using/possessing a fraudulent SS#, then they don't have the luxury of being protected by the law, regardless of their stature in society.
This judge ruled that the president has a reasonable level of protection of his private information, based on his stature as President. But, if there's reasonable suspicion that the person in question has been using fraudulent documents, then the judge is wrong! He's putting the cart before the horse.
