  • @frozenkumiyumi28 Thank you!

  • which variation is this??

  • @KiliniLove Hi :) This is not a variation, it is original choreography by my teacher.

  • @gabwithabby Then congratulations for your teacher because the choreography is awsome!!!!

  • Beautiful.

  • hoe old are you here? very good btw :)

  • @smartercat Hi. Thanks for watching! I was 13 in this video.

  • You dance so softly...how do you do that?? :)

  • @Lissbirds Hi. :) Thank you for the compliment. I guess it's just lots of practice!

  • Wow sooo beautiful what dance?

  • @kittykat45054 This was just a dance I put together with my teacher. It wasn't for any particular reason, but it was a lot of fun! Thanks for watching!

  • beautiful work! I'd just suggest to take a bit more care with arm placement so you don't disrupt the lines, but other than that... lovely :)

  • @xdramaqueen07x Yes, I've been working hard on my arms, and I've gotten a lot better since then. Can't wait to share my next one!

  • Very nice! Lovely technique! It's a beautiful solo! Great job!

  • @Miyuki0Urahara Thank you!

  • Looks nice, more work on your turnout, keep those heels pushed forward in tendus, like they are trying to move towards the ceiling...

  • @photographedemode I am still working hard! Hope to have a new solo available in the next few months.

  • You're very light and floaty! Nice job. Keep it up!

  • @chamuda610 Thank you!

  • can someone help me? i just got my new pointe shoes. it came with only one piece of elastic: 20 inch. long and 2 1/2 in wide. it is a little too long for one shoe and a little too short for both. am i missing a piece? do you think it was intended for me to stretch it and use it for both? should i cut it longways? can someone plz help me?

  • @misscommenterrater My elastic is something like 20" long by 1" wide, 2 pieces, so I guess you should cut it longways. 2 1/2 in wide is way too wide to use it like that. Maybe you could ask your ballet teacher.

  • @misscommenterrater

Im pretty sure u haves to cut the elastic in half so 10 and 10 in for each shoe. And then its 2 1/2 wide wow thats big umm ya so just cut it long ways

  • @misscommenterrater hi! cut the 20 inch piece of elastic in half. 10 inches for each shoe should be plenty :)

  • @misscommenterrater mine came with 1 elastic also...my teacher told us to cut it in half and use those too pieces(: if you cut it down the middle the long way, it'll rip and fray. plus, ten inches should be more than enough(:

  • Umm,Im 13 and just started ballet..how long do you think it will take for me to be on pointe?

  • @jjrockstar8 It depends. You have to build up a lot of strength in your entire body. So if you were to go to a gym and really strenghten all your muscles, particularly your core, you will be en pointe sooner. But Darcey Bussell didn't start until she was 17 or something. So don't worry. You'll get there : )

  • @jjrockstar8 Yes, it depends, but I have a friend who started ballet at 12, and was en pointe in a year because she already had a lot of core strength from other sports.

  • @jjrockstar8

Depends on your strength, but probably 2-3 years. It's definitely worth waiting for, though!

  • Amazing, well done!

  • @Dancer24601 Thank you!

  • This is gorgeous!

  • @missolive10100 Thank you!

  • you look so graceful:) good job!!

  • @OrangeBananza Thank you!

  • I love this: you're so beautiful!

  • @brelion96 Thank you!

  • How long were u en pointe bfore doing this solo?

  • @hypermosquito101 Hi! Thanks for watching my video! I had been en pointe for 9 months. After watching it now, I see lots that I can improve on...still working on it, can't wait to upload my next one!

  • @gabwithabby and what of pointe shoes were u wearing? Its my first year en pointe and i started out with Capezio tendu. I had them for 2 or 3 months because i broke them in too fast. I am now wearing Gaynor Minden the ones that come in the green bag and they are causing me a lot of pain in my toes. I currently hav a ruined nail that might fall off. Thats why i want to know what pointes u were wearing, u looked as if they weren't bothering u that much.

  • @hypermosquito101 I started with Bloch European Balance, but I was wearing those out too soon in the arch. I switched to Gaynor Minden's, in the yellow bag, they last me about 4 months...that's what I wore in this video, still wear, and I love them!

  • @gabwithabby I'm thinking about getting those bloch but since u just mentioned that about the arch I think im not gonna get them cause I have really high archs. I started pointes this year though so Im still kinda a begginer. thnx for ur help! uve been really kind!

  • @hypermosquito101 I wear Gaynor Minden's too, and I have to get mine specially made! :) If you want, I can give you some tips and tricks for ballet. :) I have some good pointe advice. :)

  • Very good job.

  • WOW! this is so amazing!!! very good job, i love it <3

  • @fliederbaumfairy Thank you!

  • This was lovely! Does anyone know the name of the music?

  • @ballerinaa5 I have been trying to find the name of the music, but my teacher can't find her CD. Sorry, but I will keep looking. The only thing my teacher remembers is that it is from a movie soundtrack.

  • Very good, you are a beautiful dancer.

  • @MissBelya Thank you!

  • your feet look wonderful! i would say that you might want to be careful about your arms though... your hands are kinda stiff so just be sure to relax in your entire upper body. great job~!

  • @mylifeisdance54 Thanks for watching my video!

  • @gabwithabby this is reaallly nice for your first dance....just a note tho, watch out that you hands arent to 'pancake-ey' and flat, just feel to the ends of your finger (: other than tho, gorgeous (:

  • Thats amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope to be that good when I start pointe in 2 years!!!!

  • @calloia567 Thanks, and good luck to you!
