I like this movie a lot. Has anyone seen the episode of Psych called "Tuesday the 17th" that aired in 2009? Although it's obviously a spoof, I really wonder if they got the idea for that episode from this film, April Fools Day.

@MechaWingZero no it because of friday the 13th coming out the actor of the show is a big friday fan and he was in the doc his name was jason so I think he wanted to do a spoof on it but this is a good movie to spoof on too.

I loved this movie but about halfway thru my friend and I started to speculate that it might be an elaborate set up because we hadn't truly seen any one die yet, just bodys that appeared to be corpses and alot of blood. Kinda of proud of ourselves for figuring it out.

I was expecting a slasher movie, not impressed with the lack of gore/ scares. However; i did enjoy it- was different.

I loved this movie! I thought the twist ending was a great alternative to the typical "is he dead or isn't he?" BS endings you normally get in horror movies.

the opening theme is the most beautiful theme i've ever heard....this is one of my fave movies i love it so much my channel is named after Muffy and my drag name is Muffy St John!!!!!!

@TheTaylorJohnson1 I saw it in theaters when i was a kid and i really HATED the ending and so did my big brother. We were both so fuckin PISSED that none of the killings were actually real and that it was all a bunch of pranks. This movie was one of the biggest letdowns of my childhood.

@TheAltair4 Damn that was a fast reply! lol. Yeah, there were quite a lot of pissed off people in the audience that night, as i recall. I heard a lot of boo's and saw a lot of empty popcorn boxes being thrown around. lol. I know this movie has had a bit of a cult following since then but i don't know of one single person who had anything nice to say about this movie when it came out.
