I feel bad for Janet and you can tell she's not really focused on what they're saying-- but she should have stuck up for her brother here. The autopsy does not support anything that Oprah or Tyler are speculating, the interventions took place in the past.

michael had very low self-esteem. Unfortunately, like so many people in the world, they're in denial and refuse all help. To all drug addicts, get help, it will get better if you accept the help. Michael didn't and he died because of it.
