Yeah, I had the problem with the mouse aiming being all over the place at the worst time at first when I used the coffee table surface. I fixed it by using a mouse pad. Not nearly as good as on my PC with a Razer Death Adder but it's still better than the analog sticks on my controller. Also I set mine up with a Wolfclaw Devour keypad and 4 button mouse. Works great

@Bloodklot No, you can not map for different games as there is no setting to store different configurations for each game. If you want to have different configurations for different games, you'll need the XCM XFPS 4.0 Force for PS3 or XCM XFPS 4.0 Speed for Xbox 360. XFPS 4.0 connects requires computer and saves configurations. There is also a new XFPS 5.0 (same as XFPS 4.0 but works on both systems. No more different adapters) that will be released soon.

@dcemureviews So I have the XFPS Rateup as shown here ... I had to ask cuz the manual wasn't helpful at all. So the XCM XFPS 4.0 Force would be my choice as an upgrade but do you know if that has any of the issues that the Rateup has? The biggest issue I have with XFPS is that the buttons get stuck on a loop and I would have to press some buttons and hold it down till it stopped or unplug the unit completely and reconnect. Lastly, why does it look uglier now? The rateup looks way better.

@Bloodklot When I tested and tried the XFPS 4.0, I had no problems with it. XFPS 4.0 and Rateup are two different product lines and will have two different looks. If there was a new Rateup, than it will look like what you have now.

ok , so it works like this ... imagen , u would just stick ur mouse on the right analog stick of the ps3 controller , mouse the mouse slowly to the right and it will aim slowly , move it fast to the right and it will go (very) fast , ive been playing for about 30mins with this thing now , the aiming is just very difficult and my score sux ass ... u cant compare it to the normal pc mouse ... (as said before)

Hi, can i just ask, is the sensitivity able to be the same when using it on a ps3 as it is for when you're on a pc version? I just bought a FragNstein recently and the movement is ok normally, but when you aim, it's just too damn slow an i gotta drag the mouse halfway across the mousemat which evidently will get me killed.

Basically, i just bought a Bannco FragNstein, it looked good, but i tweaked it as much as i could, yet the looking around at 10 is kinda fast but the aiming is still slow as hell! I can do a full rotation with my PC mouse in 6-7 cms to the side, meanwhile this thing takes 30 cms to do that, so you can imagine how crap it is to play with

No where near precision aiming, i attempted to tweak it for Modern Warfare 2, spent about 1-2 hours messing with it. The best I could get it working was with a 5$ logitech optical mouse and it was still impossible to be precise with your aiming. If you watch any of these videos closely you can tell the aiming is nowhere near smooth. I wouldnt recommend any PC FPS gamer to purchase this.

Yes, you should be able to. I think its worth it as FPS is the only game I stink with controller as I move all over the place (I dont play PC games either). I had no problems with mouse while others had problems (I dont know why). I even used a cheap DELL USB mouse and keyboard.

Well Rateup does not work on PS3 Slim. So if you have a PS3 Slim, you have no choice but to get XFPS 4.0 Force. I probably choose XFPS 4.0 Force because the software is upgradeable and more customization.

Yea MW2 works fine on my PS3 + XFPS + LOGITECH 920 Mouse/Keyboard.

I have completed the game and Im now playing the Multiplayer Online :)

The Pros of the XFPS are especialy on the multiplayer, you will always come first! :)

Also I guess there are no Cons...

I never had a problem with it...

The game on the PS3 is a bit better than the PC version...

And it works perfect with my LOGITECH 910 G5 mouse. (I have also tried my stock Microsoft mouse and it worked preety good too)

Also check FRAG V2 witch is cheaper (45$) works with PS3 SLIM too! google it...

You're the first to say that it has high sensitivity. Usually people complain that its too low. Every mouse is different so the X and Y dials (wheels) allows you to adjust accordingly.

What I want to know is how it works for Modern Warfare 2. Tried FragFX and hated it. The mouse absolutely sucked and was very sluggish (yes I adjusted sensitivity) in response.

I've actually tried this device, and it is very glitchy and the deadzone is horrible.
