hello stefangulas, this is amazing and i have no doubt that it is the future, however i would love to see this bike at the 41/2-5K sterling mark, i dont know your plans but surely a partnership with a big corp must be on the table, whether it be specialized bikes or bmw, you only have a short time before someone begins to mass produce this. i wouldn't recommend passing a car on either side near any intersection or driveway as the rider did at 1:40 - especially don't pass on the side that the car is signaling to turn.

I would like to know if the seat is adjustable? On some other videos it looks like the rider is about 1,85m and the bike could be a little bigger. As it´s also a bicycle, will it be available in different sizes. I´m asking, because I´m 1,95m ;)

@Whoppershine ...you are right about the size of the rider and the seat hight is adjustable. The size range starts at about 1,65 m and goes to as much as 2,0 m. The tallest rider we ever had was a 2,03 m person. The size of the frame will not change, though but only the size of the seat tube and two different seat hight constructions are changed.

@idimdb ...at 260 pounds of weight it does not make sense to have a folding bike, you will not be able to lift it! Plus at 50 mph it would be a challenge to make it save enough for the traffic.

Awesome invention my friend, but to many people I'm sure this looks like very careless driving. It might be better to show what it can do by doing side by side acceleration videos versus various cars, just not sure driving super fast into oncoming lanes and cutting people off is the best PR : /

@FirstStryke ...thanks for the suggestion. We do not want to do acceleration comparisons. That is not the point of the eROCKIT. We wanted to demonstrate the sensation of being overpowered as a bicycle rider and overtaking cars at any time. Please keep in mind that we are driving the eROCKIT in a city in southern France and there scooters and motorcycles are moved in similiar fashion by everyone.

@CVSiN ...we do not intend to replace or compete with an R1 or CBR. Even if the price is in a similar range as these much faster bikes please keep in mind that we have an electric vehicle and due to the new technology (especially batteries) these vehicles have a 2-4 times higher price point than conventional internal combustion vehicles.

@auron570 ...please be aware of the fact that any motorcycle is inherently very risky to drive compared to any car. What is special about the eROCKIT due to the pedaling action is the fact, that you feel totally at easy at those speeds. It is not stressful at all, more like a flow, an equilibrium. Hard to believe, I know.

@auron570 It's because it was a very unsafe driver that kept passing cars by jumping on opposite lanes and possibly speeding above the street limit since he kept blasting by every vehicle. I was half expecting a crash at 8:25 for example. Very irresponsible.
