  • ugh. im on week 8. i replaced legs and back with chest and back (i do a lot of hill and sand running) and my chest and back feels worse the chest, shoulders, and triceps. WOOOOOOO this feels good!

  • yea man thats what i do, i fuel up on porridge, walk my dog, then hit the p90x, gotta do it in the morning, or else i have no energy at the end of the day

  • I love how you do your worksheets. i do it the same way ( i too have the select tech dumbells) Bring IT! i'll be joining you in a week for my second round (taking a week off, i miss brownies lol)

  • How tall are you and what was your weight before and after the first 90 days? I'm seriously tempted to buy P90X in preparation for my vacation in August.

  • Weight's a bad word when talking about P90X lol. You may lose a bunch of fat when doing it but you also gain a lot of muscle (if you're a guy). Some people gain weight from that. What's important is % body fat, which does go down. If you wanna get in shape, muscle and fat, this is the way to go.

    If you eat healthy and push everything you have into the program, there will be amazing results, I recommend it.

  • hey i saw that ure a coach; i have a question for u. i had an amazing phase 1 and lost 15 pounds in the process. i got really sick at the beginning of phase II, missed 2 weeks of workouts and could hardly eat. bc of this i lost an additional 9 lbs (but then gained it all back). QUESTION: should i start over from scratch or should i pick up where i left off (phase II) oh yeah, im doing doubles. thanks

  • hey dude been watching alot o ure vids, i really wonna start a log but im too lazy to make my own i was wondering if i some how missed a log that came in the p90x package and if it doesnt come with 1 can u tell me a good way to make 1, ty once again

  • hey I am on week 9 just did chest and back and ab ripper x and it was brutal. I increased 10 reps in all exercises after recovery week. I am 13 p90x has led me from 9 to 6% bodyfat. and to became fit not only you need to push your body but also your brain to its limits and that is what your videos told me. You push play everyday and makes me want to too.

  • Was thinking of ordering p90 but just finishing chalean. Went to the site to look around and see. I like all your video's and was wondering p90x what or where do you get all the other video's you talk about i cant find them... ANyways love your vides and the progress you made. Makes me want to get to p90 soon ..

  • P90X is amazing, I did almost 2 phases of ChaLEAN but went back to the X for a "reloaded" round.

    Great job pushing play and definitely check out the X if you want serious muscle confusion!

  • Is it good really? I usually dont give a second of thought to these kind of things but P90X got me interested. I'm not looking to be big if you know what I mean, I wanna be slim and ripped. I go to the gym atm but I'm not losing bodyfat I'm only getting a little bigger and bigger but I don't wanna be a big bouncer.. I wanna be slim and athletic, is this the way to go? My plan was maybe to keep goin to the gym to the end of this year and then start P90X in the beginning of 2010. Whatcha think?

    Welcome P90X'R!

    I suggest you take the first week and go about 80% - Learn the forms and record your weights and rep on the log sheets. Then in week 2 go 110% and never look back!

  • Really BIG DIFFERENCE when you get your workouts in early in the morning. You feel a heck of alot better!

  • Definitely and even with this knowledge I find it so hard to wake up and get moving!

    Mainly because I don't get to bed early enough - I am in progress of making it happen though :)

  • omg me too! I hate doing Ab Ripper after Leg's and Back. It's sooooo tough cause my quad's are usually on fire.

  • Something that works for me is to do the ab ripper before the main workout.

  • Great tip! I have done that also. Another good thing is to kick your shoes off for the first phase until you get strong enough to get through the whole Ab Ripper. Then keep your shoes on for added intensity!
