I was in gymnastics and the first time i tried a backhand spring i fell on my head and it fine but it can be much more dangeorus if i didn't have a spot(someone to help to do the movement). even the monkey bars at elementary schools can be dangeous someone broke both of he arms doing the monkey bars.and if the monkey bars are dangeorus gymnastics wouldn't be around without mats.
