Nothing big, 4 mics on the drumset (OH, bell and BD) and the piano straight inside the soundcard. The funnyest that we shot with an integrated macbook webcam!

@gingerbreadeddie What do you mean by naming everything? do you mean the instruments or the patterns? Anyway this is nothing new, just study some traditional cuban timbales playing, then check the modern adaptation they made combining timbales and drumset, and there you go! There's lot of great stuff to study ( like in soooo many music styles...)

around the 2 min mark he starts like a songo pattern with a vartion of off time fills syncopated with the paino arrangement....then he changes into a samba pattern...while soloing on the timbles....piano player is playing a salsa variation.

La partitura se puede encontrar en el Latin Real Book. Pero esa version es nuestra por su puesto! Me encanta ese tema!
