Hello I am a Canadian. We have public universal Health care. It ain't perfect, but it is way better than the private system you have in the states. Ya, 200 bucks for a moral, efficient health care system sounds like a good deal to me.

You'll never ever have a candidate with whom you don't have to compromise. Minimizing the compromises is what the primary season is for.
It's also healthy for us supporters to push back on the candidate when he says things we don't like, and influence him that way. But anyone who is committed to a set of beliefs, and who follows politics, should know at this point which one they'll be voting for. The choice is pretty stark, even with the things you don't like about Obama.
However, these things about Obama that he has backtracked on are pretty severe. Protecting the 1st and 4th amendments should be mandatory to being president, especially a democratic one.
