well, maybe there are cases when a title can be copyrighted, but probably not with common words like are in our titles.....gets into the legal mumbo jumbo and that is where i exit the conversation......no worries, i won't sue you regardless.....happy to see someone else out there having a go at it.

can't copyright a title anyway, just the content (lyrics, melody).....you are safe my friend.....good luck with your song!

Is the title copyrighted? Because i wrote a song with the exact same title and i didn't bother looking the title up untill it was finished..
