Lawrence was my favorite from last years show.  His voice is so incredible! I really like the way he sings "Jacobs Ladder". I wish he could have sang that song on AGT.

WAYYYYYY better than kevin skinner. He just didnt win because he wasnt a chicken farner and he never had cancer. Some times people forget that its americas got talent and not americas got sob stories.

Both guys first song was their best, but they got out of their comfort range and had bad song choices that really seem to hit Lawrence the most, more then Kevin.The show is about both the stories and the person and Kevin won both.

He seems to have a charm about him that has one peoples hearts.

His new CD is incredible with all original songs that he wrote, and he is making his mark in the country world of music.

I think he WOULD have made it to the top five if he stuck with more songs like this. The rest of his songs, to me, just sounded like anything else.

If I remember correctly, Voices of Glory was picked over him. Rightfully so, I'd say. But if he was always as good as he was in his audition, I would have chosen him over them, and I have a feeling America would have done the same.

I have been looking all over the net for this song and video by the great voice Lawrence Beamen.

He had the best voice but picked the wrong songs to sing in the latter rounds.

This was by far his best song.
