im in middle school and we just had our last performance of this show! it was AMAZING. we made it kinda funny, like gertrude had a white dress with a little blue feather as a her tail. and we had a huge brochere titled "How to raise a child" and when horton sings about going through storms and stuff, we had thing 1 and thing 2 come out and squirt horton with actualy nerf water guns lol :) so our play was amusing and we had like 4 or 5 great singers. love ur play too!

oh my lord. this is so funny to watch because its so bad. that joke was horrible and thats not in the script which makes it worse. the monkeys were awful and clearly couldnt dance or hit those bass parts, i was the bass part for the wickershams in our show this spring, i was better, and louder than all of them put together. so funny!

The kangaroo's riffs weren't that great. Energy lacking and it didn't seem like all of them wanted to be there. Bravo Gertrude. Over all nice try! :)

The Sour Kangaroo isn't the worst ever, but she sounds unenthusiastic - no diction, her words are almost slurred... not much energy there, acting isn't great. And I think it was a bit of a directional mistake to just have the Wicks walking around the whole time.

Horton, Mayzie, and Gertrude were okay, but the Cat, Kangaroo, and Wicks were all kinda lame. =/

this is a highschool? but I think people are being slightly harsh. thats a really hard song for kangroo its a really high belt and I think for what you have you're doing a pretty decent job.
