You're a pretty funny guy, and definitely creative. It can do with improvement, for example I think you should make it automatically go back to filled a couple seconds after it "flushes" (Pulse minimizer from the input straight to the T-flip-flop + Delayed input of about 10-20 ticks straight to the T-flip-flop). But even with that, you have potential, and you're unique, whereas most people seem to just copy others. Subbed ;)
