You may wish to review the difference between a political party and a democratic election before you start calling people morons...
You've imbedded your conclusion in your response in the second paragraph. For one thing, that wasn't what was being decided. For another, SCotUS regulations required at least two of the nine judges to recluse themselves from the decision. For another, that wasn't the result of a complete count.
