Pan is only 1/4 saiyan and as such cannot be a super saiyan no matter how awesome that would be she doesnt have enough saiyan blood to become one plus she isnt strong enough at that point to break away and become one

Goten transformed from simply fighting Chichi. And there's no way he was anywhere near as angry as Pan has gotten in this series. It's just a case of GT writers making whatever up.

No need for the attitude dude. You're the one who made it seem like it's just cause she didn't get angry enough. And I'm pretty sure she had to be at LEAST as strong as Goten & Trunks when they transformed. And I suppose I should mentioned AGAIN how the writers made Goku & Vegeta Jr. go SSJ even though, (regardless of gender or any other type excuse people may try to pull out their bum), that seems completely ridiculous considering how human they have to be.
