  • Wow. This single exercise works magic.

  • HAHAHA NICE TIGHTS FAG!!!

  • Since I refuse looking gay while doing this i use my gun instead of a weight.

  • Thanks dude! this worked for my in just 5 minutes..

  • hmm at 2:17 thats the wrong way but it should still work ..

  • HE HAS AN IMAGINARY FRIEND LAYING NEXT TO HIM LOL

  • lol this is kinda gay

  • 2:00 kinda sus.

  • please tell me what kind of mat this is on the video, and where i can get it....

    -thank you

  • I just did this with a tv remote, and the clicking in my shoulders is gone. I'm extremely grateful for this!

  • fantastic, finally a rotator cuff exercise video that doesn't require resistance bands

  • this worked.

  • Press 7 for a good time

  • id rather ruin my shoulder for life than be seen at the gym doing that

  • how many times did you guys have to do this before the camera man didn't burst out laughing at 1:56?

  • Scooby61 gone thin

  • @leviterande LMAO !

  • will this get rid of the cracking I get when I roll onto my side in bed?

  • I have an injury on my right side from power push-ups during Insanity ( I thought I could keep up with the boys). I stopped push ups a few months ago, thinking that that would let it heal. But, now the dumbell exercises I do are agitating it. Should I stop all weights and just do this exercise for awhile? I want my shoulder back =(

  • I have used the techniques in this video and they really do heal the rotator cuff muscles...one thing to remember is to use the exercises on both shoulders not just the injured one....keep a balance because the body will favor the injured side...I have full range of motion and have fully recovered

  • It made my shoulder feel a lot better...simple and better then what I was trying to do

  • whats good for shoulder bursitis??

  • wtf is he wearing?

  • You may joke about what it looks like he is doing, but this actually helped my shoulder a lot! If you suffer from bursitis or a rotary cuff injury, don't be embarrassed to get on the floor and do this. I'm glad I did, I will be sleeping better tonight!

  • @rotten420vaporizer If you have shoulder pain or rotator cuff problems this is the way to go. I'm glad it's helping you.

  • I have shoulder bursitis but I'm allergic to NSAIDs so it was wonderful when I found that the exercises really work. Finally I was able to get relief in my shoulder. Thanks for this great video.

  • @ditasantander Yes these techniques will reduce inflammation without taking medications.

  • That felt pretty good, my shoulder and back are all warm and definitely feel worked out. I'm gonna do this for a couple weeks. Thanks.

  • super exercise for shoulder pain

  • @ganapathy3949 Thanks

  • looks like you are mastubating lol..

  • @jusbry007 I suppose it does with my two pound weight.

  • i LOVE how you stressed that this excercise requires LOW weight. Most people just wanna lift heavy. However, they dont realize that the muscles in the shoulder rotator cuff are small muscles that need to get tense and strong rather than large. They think its the deltoid!!

  • @hazemalsaadi Yes too much weight will make the deltoid take over and not help the rotator cuff connections.

  • Screw all the haters. This video helped me out loads.

I have a bad left rotator cuff. Sometimes it keeps me from getting a good workout in because I can't lift without experiencing pain.

Your video was very informative, well presented, AND effective. Best one out there, regardless of what others say.

    Thanks again!

  • @kwillman63 Glad to help out!

  • i have tennis elbow and rotator cuff. when i do this exercise the pain in my shoulder relieve but my elbow hurts at the same time.can you suggest anything?

  • @tebeloy Is your elbow problem on the inside or outside of our elbow?

  • @whitetigerhawaii it is actually outside of my elbow.

  • my shoulder was hurting all day, so i googled shoulder pain relief, this came up i went out side and tried it and my shoulder feels great, if you can put aside how it looks and take this seriously it works great!

  • @battletank5000 Yes it works great. Glad it's helping your shoulder pain.

  • Junior Dos Santos!

  • This exercise works!!! I really felt better right away. I had problem with the infraspinatus muscle (one of the rotator cuff muscles that rotate the arm outward). The pain disappeared almost immediately after finishing the exercise.

    Thank you

  • my shoulder popped and one shoulder is lower than the other, will this help

  • @Tootanked4u Go to the doctor. That sounds serious.

  • Im a personal trainer and massage therapist and ive a client with shoulder bursitis and cant lift her arm past her shoulder, i will try these exercises and see how we go.

  • @bregreen72 Let me know how it helps her shoulder and rotator cuff.

  • i have this dvd and i love it. can you do the shoulder routine more than once a day?

  • @dimezthemagicprodusa I'm glad you like the DVD. Do this before any activity that pains your shoulder. Like tennis, working out, etc. Even before working on the computer or before bed if it hurts your shoulder to lay on your side. You can do it more than once - perhaps a couple times a day but don't overdo it.

  • @dimezthemagicprodusa I used the exercises to mend my rotator cuff and only did the exercises at first every other day....it is a slow process but really works...

  • Thank you for posting this. Both of my shoulders hurt for years now, and the pain can be so sharp if I move the wrong way. I am going to try this. Thank you for showing this.

  • this works ...

  • Excellent exercise, thank you for posting it on YouTube. My shoulder feels so much better and I can do push-ups again. Greg in Florida

  • @restorationgm Yes pushups can be hard on the rotator cuff muscles. Do this just before pushups.

  • @restorationgm I recommend you also consider the pain in your shoulder could likely be caused by your posture. I don't recommend doing exercises that could possibly aggravate the pain. Stand in front of a mirror and look at your ENTIRE frame from head to toe. Most of us don't realize that our posture causes much of our pain and the body is a unit so the pain you experience isn't always originating from the place you feel the pain. I recommend you read the book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue.

  • this has to be a joke - you look like you're jerking off

  • @Bags305 I'll keep your comment up here so the next Einstein will know this jokes already been covered.

  • wow i feel relief but right now i can barely type coz my arms feel very heavy haha.. it feels good though!

  • great, thanks a lot!!!

  • Do these exercises work for shoulder bursitis too?

  • @guideofks Yes it works especially well for shoulder bursitis.

  • 1:58 - 2:14 that looks great :P

  • This is soo money. I am a high school pitcher and my arm was hurting in the rotator cuff area, so i did your excercises and my shoulder popped and has been improving rapidly. Thanks so much you are a lifesaver

  • i hope this helps me. I've been having shoulder pains for front crawl and badminton. and its only my left shoulder too.

  • how often do you do this?????

  • good vid. healed my shoulder but.... dont know if the all underarmor spandex was needed

  • umm.. NOPE? STILL HURTS

  • @whitetigerhawaii Great response! So where can one buy one set of these DVDs? Thanks!

  • i discovered if i eleminate all asprin like substance from my diet the body is then allowed to heal and somehow the pain goes away. you can try to google asprin and delayed healing for articles but they are for medical doctors and are too hard to understant. it was proven by x-rays of bone. but they also show it for cartilege. i was only reading them because for one therapy PRP you had to stop aspin and io wanted to know why.

  • Are you a wizard?

    Literally 60 seconds.

(I was forcing pushups and my left shoulder on the backside has been KILLING me)

  • @effrumman Yes.

  • @whitetigerhawaii this works, my shoulder feels a bit stronger now, I'ma do this more. you really must be a wizard.

  • thanks

  • I have a frozen shoulder and this exercise makes me feel good! Thank you!

  • appreciate the help!! dont mind those dumb ass people who criticize

  • man..i still keep getting comments in my inbox about how your reply comment owned me!!!! it was a great reply by you. i recant "most" of my comment......except for the under armour spandex thing. those shorts are not meant to be outerwear!!!!!!

  • @cyruseven i admire anyone who can fit into spandex. I tried putting my 84 year old grandmother into spandex and 2 years later we still can't get it off.

  • @cyruseven LOL! Pwned

  • and i mean if ANY side is on the ground, its specific side kills

  • good try but no effect for my rotator/ shoulder blade pain

  • and theres a muscle rubbing with the joint or bone too, and it doesnt ever go away. AND if any pressure such as side of back is on the ground or my backs on a bed, car seat, chair (any pressure) that makes it 100% worse

  • that doesnt work... that would make my shoulder pain worse. and it is an injury yes.... the reason is because if i lift my shoulder over my head or carry any weights as much as 500grams it will exhaust with pain and flare up with inflamation 10% each rep

  • Thanks for this. I have been lifting weights regularly for last 6 months or so. Since last one week i have been feeling light pain in somewhere in my joint which i suspect is a rotator cuff problem. I was a little worried that it will start to get worse. I am going to try your method out as it looks very promising. Thanks once agian

  • @whitetigerhawaii Hi there, sorry if it's been said before, but how many sets do you do? Cheers.

  • I am in the process of physical therapy and will be finding out soon whether or not i have a torn rotator cuff. If i tried these exercises I would be immobile for days afterward in severe pain. These are not exercises for anyone currently experiencing signs of severe rotator cuff injury. In milder cases and for prevention, i think it's perfect for strengthening and recovery. And i could care less bout what the guy's wearing, really people?

  • i hope this works i have not been diagnosed with anything yet...but it hurts to raise my arm...no more basketball for at least a month i dont see motrin/advil fixin this...great vid man to badd people have to make an issue of a purple dumbell...

  • I might have laughed years ago too. Wait until your shoulder starts subluxing, then this suddenly becomes the best exercise ever. Do this to prevent, not just recover.

  • I came here looking for info about rotator cuff pain and did not expect to see this. Thank you for the information sir but I'm glad nobody walked in the room while I was watching this or else they might question my sexuality.

  • used this rotuine to help 8 of my clients repair slight shoulder damage thanks works a treat.

  • it's like a nightmare spooning waiting to happen. oh god no!!!!!!!!!! visions of being spooned against my will. under armor spandex is not your friend sir, not your friend.

  • @cyruseven u obviously clicked on the wrong video for your liking. rotator cuff strength is important for all lifters imo. than again cyruseven. it is the internet in witch case im 240 lbs 6 3 and i bench 700 lbs and i can do 300 lbs reverse wrist curls.

  • this looks so wrong.

  • Very nicely explained. These exercises can surely help people who are suffering from shoulder pains.

  • I tried this exercise while watching the video, with no weight and can feel it working instantly. It is hitting exactly the right spot..I have been having very sharp pains in my deltoid area for 3 months...I am hoping that this will help that situation.I'll let you know..But thanks for the simple and free pain relief..may the help you have given return to you multiplied many times..

  • Is it just me or does he seem gay? +all that up and down looks like he's got an imaginary partner next to him helping him with all those pulsations.

  • @MrGanaedwards Ummm...who cares if he's gay? Wtf does being gay or straight have to do with rotator cuff exercises?

  • This is really good. But the pain does come back and you have to do it again.

  • good

  • lol...hold it like its a pen..write your name

  • This makes the back of my shoulder, however my pec and front of my shoulder still hurts.. Any exercises you can give me for that?

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you. In my situation my very limited pain was likely caused from adhesions. I lift weights and minor injury might of caused adhesion induced limits in shoulder movement. Holding the two pound weight vertically helped to free my shoulder's movement and dramatically reduced pain. Thank you.

  • omg, I pulled something in my shoulder being a 19 year old kid where nobody was looking and now I feel a ton better. Thanks

  • Dude, badass for reals

  • BOING

  • Can you please tell me do i just repeat these exercises for 7 minutes?..i struggled for 3 minutes..LOL...and should i do this everyday???

  • @foonch hey...i just read through all the comments and found my answer!...if this really works...you are a GOD!...i have struggled for 4 years and refuse to have surgery as i dont want to give up my career...i'm a poledance instructor and the pain i go through daily is ridiculous...T H A N K Y O U :-)

  • @foonch It should help you because as a pole dance instructor you likely have shoulder tendonitis/bursitis and this is great therapy for such a condition.

  • very effective! good job...

  • omg dude your awesome

  • Brilliant! I have had pain in my shoulder for a few days now!

After trying this it has almost gone.. Give it a go!

  • My mum has a rotator cuff tear and tried this...... it worked! Thanks a lot! Instant pain relief. Highly recommended.

  • OMG! I am glad I saw this video. The pain left instantly. I will continue to do this. Thanks!!!!

  • Amazing stretch, I had never thought of this one.. thanks!

  • lol your elbow is alwayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyys touching ur hip

  • Put some shorts on next time, but seriously - this is amazing. AMAZING. My pain is considerably less and my range of motion considerably more. THANK YOU! This is magic!

  • does this strengthen the shoulder???

  • I have mild inflammation in my buritis and it has been on-going for a year. I've been to physio for months and get ultrasound done. I have done exercises similar to this as well as others daily...along with icing every day. This exercise in your video seems to get rid of the pain pretty instantly, but I want to shake off this pain for good and get back to normal. If i continue doing this everyday will my pain eventually go away? I am desperate. Thank you!!

  • thanks for the help

  • surprisingly really affective...months of shoulder pain gone..now i have full movement again..

  • this was amazing for my injury thank you very much

  • Awesome exercises! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us.

  • very effective

  • man you saved my back. thanks a million

  • looks kinda funny

    but thanks! it helped

  • your very smart haha , and thanks for this i have an injury in my shoulder , i think its a sprain atm for my rotator cuff , cant go above my head without pain , this helped alot

  • Is this ok to do if you experience tension headaches? My neck/shoulders are the problem areas. Thanks!

  • Thank you. That helped allot.

  • thanks this feels like it is helping..

  • thx a lot for your advise.

    These exercises are great!

  • While pure rotation at the glenohumoral joint can strengthen the rotator cuff, we find that it is important to integrate the shoulder girdle into the exercise.

  • Hey Dave, just had a question. I've worked at jobs on and off over the years that required that I be in front of the computer and switching between the mouse and keyboard CONSTANTLY. I've noticed lately my shoulder has been hurting quite a bit on and off and it produces clicking noises. Is it possible that I may have a torn rotator cuff? Somehow it seems as though doing your exercise with a small, full water bottle relieved the pain somewhat.

  • Omgosh~ Thank you~ I have already had rotator cuff surgery 4 yrs ago and it still hurts so much!

  • QUEL

  • is this all supposed to burn? :(

  • @wokzilla yes lol rotator cuff(muscles) are very small

  • are these exercises for the front of the shoulder or back, my pain is between the shoulder and where the shoulder meets the pectoral muscle.

  • @luckyoss Does it look that way? Funny no-one ever mentioned it.

  • wen i move my arm or shoulder around i feel like my bones are pushing against each other and are clicking and it really hurts, shoud i just do this excersise for it?

  • @zakirjaan If it bothers your shoulder then don't do it. Otherwise it should help.

  • What is he wearing? A condom?

And would slow, sensual masturbation have the same effects?

  • @aoclarkejr This is a special rotator cuff suit - I'll sell you one for $289 and you can put it on and test your theory.

  • So is this intended to be a warm up or something you can do whenever to strengthen your shoulders?

  • @CallMeUncleTony You do this before you bench, etc. or before you do anything that bothers your shoulder.

  • he's jerkin off i think

  • @MaRcOsxD I'm sorry but this DVD is to help your rotator cuff. You can return the DVD for a full refund if it's not what you were hoping for.

  • I had rotator cuff problems really bad. Wound up going to physical therapy (which was a waste of time), got a cortisone shot (which was a waist of time).

physical therapy gets you to do what you will see people on the internet telling you to do but SO many people are impatient with recovery and thing they NEED physical therapy.

cortisone shots actually weaken the tendons but relieve pain only for a while

The problem is dynamic. Answer is ... strengthen the seratus anterior and 4 RC muscles.

  • LOL. At 2:03 my girlfriend walked into the room and screamed. She asked what is that man doing? I told her to put her glasses on

  • @sinfuldavy0 Thanks for ordering the DVD.

  • i done pullups and i get a strange pain in shoulder. next day this shoulder doesnt bother me but started to pain other :/ do i dislocated shoulder? i can still rotate with pain

  • @atamanaslt1 Do these exercises before you do the pullups.

  • he looks like he wants ..a big boy next to him ;)

  • @cadaverock Sorry but I film alone - thanks for offering though.

  • sorry, i cant watch a guy in spandex work on his jerk-off technique....

  • @MyRanchMyRules My web data shows you watched this clip 19 times.

  • Can you explain why this works? It appears that you are warming up the rotator cuff muscles which makes the pain go away. but when the muscles cool down again won't the pain come back?

  • @alotofgeorge It brings blood flow into the RC muscles which prevents them from getting inflamed during exercise. So this both treats and prevents swelling which is the cause of the pain in shoulder tendonitis and bursitis.

  • hi can you use a resistance band for this?

  • @Chris23688 Yes but it's not as effective.

  • Thank you! This was exatcly what I was missing in my rehab program ;). After 2 weeks I allready feel some benefits. Great exercise man :)

  • @flegmato13 I'm glad this is helping!

  • I dont have weights in my home... 2 kgs are best for shoulders btw its the movement that makes the difference

  • How often should i do this exercises?

Three time a week? once a day or more?

  • wow it actually helps a lot =D

I recently injured my shoulder cuff and upper spine erector by doing some benching (basically I was on a high frequency power routine and got a bit to ambitious with the weight and work to failure one to many times) do you have any suggestions for my upper spine?

  • i had pain in one shoulder then the other..if i get rid of the pain is it safe to resume workouts?..and will i be able to get back results i got awhile ago?..presentley i am not able to do any shoulder or chest exercises..i defintley know i got original pain from decline bench pressing at wrong angle

  • been doing for three days. It burns, but feels so good. Like a massage right at the spot that hurts. Feels stronger and looser after, thank you

  • I unfortunately have some rotator cuff damage as well as labral tears in both shoulders from 10 years of weightlifting. Will these exercises help with the labral tears as well?

  • Check out the videos on my channel too. A 92 year old nanna got immediate relief. Call me from the number on the video if you'd like to get one and get rid of your pain.

If you're in the Los Angeles aream we have a demonstration next Thursday and you can try it for yourself.

Best of luck with your pain free journey. :)

  • should you do this everyday or let your cuffs rest and do it every other day etc?

  • @tomwindley Every day is fine.

  • THANK YOU Great video

  • Amazing! I had a sharp, nagging pain in my right shoulder since 2009...I attempted to stretch it, but to n avail...I found this video last week. And, I am glad to say, after just 1 week of doing these simple exercises, months of shoulder pain have ceased!

  • @mlesesne It's amazing isn't it!

  • I've been doing it with a 10 lb since it's the lightest I own. Should I stop and get a lighter weight or is 10 lb fine?

  • @4thwonder 10 is too heavy - your deltoid will take over. Go for 5 at most.

  • @em3rica89 We tend to recognize that which is most familiar.
