I worked in Birmingham and we didn't have any of that, simply because a) we had 3 HUGE skips and it would have been near impossible for the scaverngers to raid them, and b) our skips were in a restricted parking area anyway.
On our last day we all ate lunch on our empty shop floor and you should have seen how mesmerised some people were by such a sight!
I had to restrain myself from throwing sarnies at the window :)
