Man, this is one of my favorite songs ever! Once listened to this song over a hundred times while pulling an all-nighter in college (drove my roomate crazy).

I would have loved for those two to have recorded a version of this song...that was some of the best singing from Vesta, un-rehearsed but raw, all soul, heart and feeling...you can't fake that! Rest in Peace Ms. Vesta Williams, and thank you for blessing us with your love and music!

The "Live" combination of Lalah Hathaway & Vesta Williams was uniquely special BEFORE Vesta's unfortunate passing....I would now consider this video downright precious! Vesta was so very gifted, spirited, supremely blessed & YOUNG....the shortness & unpredictability of life is a message we should all realize with her passing. Just as God is SUPREMELY good to us, we must always remember to return that love to him. I sincerely wish that Vesta's spirit is at eternal peace in the glow of God's love.
