I had a childhood crush on Melody and now that I think about it, watching her wiggling behind those drums reminds me why I always liked Loni and Pamela Anderson. I think all that Alexandria needed was some good lovin to calm her down. Anyway, never liked the Archies. Veronica could have bought 100 Archies, so why was she so hung up on just one?

With Josie there were three girls singing (including a young Cheryl Ladd). At the point "Catchin up on Fun" was recorded the Archies consisted of Ron Dante, period. Toni Wine wasn't added until "Sugar, Sugar".

It's all good, because The Archies & Josie & the Pussycats are ALL under the Archie Comics banner (no, Hanna-Barbera made the Josie TV show, they didn't create them.)

I can't pick a fave. I like them for different reasons. While Josie and the band don't move their lips, they do have more realistic movements while playing their instruments. The Archies movements don't change all that much, but the songs are cool. I love the way cartoons back then followed an animated formula. Josie and the Chan Clan were the same and Archies and Brady Kids were the same. But Josie added more movements. And the Outer Space music SUCKED!
