  • Burnt coffee at 97 degrees centigrade?

  • offset from PID to grouphead is about 3.5F; not sure what it is in centigrade, but the grouphead temp would be a bit lower.

  • depending on the roasting profile can depend on the boiler's water temperature which can range between 92 degrees and 97 degrees, but as i said, it can depend on your roasting profile, also the how the machine is set for brewing/extracting as well. there is no real right or wrong, but its what works. Mind you I would more say burnt coffee due to the time between locking in the group handle and the pulling of the shot.
