@iApna I agree with you on the fact that this video is bad, but the Generic Kung Fu is made of many different styles and techniques. I personally know that the Horse Riding Stance is valid and useful, Maui Tai is soooooooo much different than this, If you tried this stance in Maui Tai you get get but raped in a second, the stance is meant for Men because a male has a lower center of gravity therefor less balance so it reduces knock back from attacks and is also a very useful stance for counters.

You have to know your advantages and disadvantages. For instance, I practice mainly karate, but I also practice a little jujutsu. And I study all of the other major martial arts.
