1-The Chaos Marines where already in position, spread and waiting.. you got the Sister squads in line.. that's an advantage for the Chaos Marines...

2- The Chaos Marines are equipped with anti-infantry weapons while several Sisters of Battle in each of the 4 squads loose their physical damage capacities and are replaced by anti-moral weapons...

It was obvious the Chaos Marines would win...

Flamers are good if you know how to use them. When you break an enemy squad you need to move on and break the others and re-break any squads that may rally. When everyone is demoralized you win.
